Brisbane Home Care is seeking a full- or part-time Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team. We provide compassionate in-home care to seniors throughout Maryland, and are looking for a nurse who shares our passion for serving the elderly.
About the Role
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of in-home client visits and time in the office. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your own daily schedule while working closely with another part-time nurse. As part of a small, collaborative team, your voice will be heard and valued in day-to-day operations.

Conducting initial and follow-up
nursing assessments in client homes
- Developing and maintaining care plans
- Overseeing and assisting with medication management
- Providing education to caregivers, clients, and families
- Training and supervising caregiving staff and assessing their skills
- Reviewing care logs and ensuring accurate documentation
- Advising leadership on compliance and policy updates
